OREIG philosophy, purpose and goals:

OREIG's commitment to its members is clearly defined in the single purpose of the group: to assist its members in achieving their real estate investment goals by providing continuing education, motivation, and opportunity in a positive and mutually supportive environment.

Our philosophy is expressed through the basic principles of professional practices for real estate investors:

  • People come first.
  • Real estate investing can be reduced to a repeatable, step-by-step process.
  • Education's purpose is action. Knowledge without action is just a good idea.
  • Investors will succeed by maintaining a positive, win-win approach in solving people's problems.
  • Integrity and professionalism should be reflected in investor transactions.

Who are our members?  Investors, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, attorneys, accountants, property managers, renovation specialists, appraisers, bankers, and others who understand the many benefits of owning real estate as an investment.
